- Consultation
All ceremony requests begin with a required consultation and screening process. This step ensures that participation is appropriate, responsible, and aligned with individual readiness. To request a consultation, a $50 non-refundable service fee is required at the time of booking. This fee covers: Review of your completed intake and screening forms A scheduled phone consultation (approximately 60 minutes) Discussion of preparation guidelines and expectations Administrative coordination and follow-up communication All required intake and consent forms must be completed and submitted prior to the consultation call. The consultation will not take place until documentation has been received. During the call, we will review your screening information, discuss preparation requirements, answer questions, and determine whether participation is appropriate. Not all applicants are accepted. No ceremony will be scheduled until all forms have been reviewed and approval has been provided. If approved and you choose to move forward, the $50 consultation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your ceremony. If you are not approved, decide not to proceed, or fail to complete required documentation, the $50 service fee remains non-refundable, as it compensates for professional time spent reviewing forms and conducting the consultation. This consultation does not constitute medical advice. Ceremonies are offered as traditional ceremonial practices and personal development experiences and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Participation is voluntary, and individuals are responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare provider prior to participation.
