Twin Wolf Wellness didn’t start as a business plan. It started with my life.

My name is Joe.

Where It Changed

In 2018, I lost my sister to an overdose. That changed me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. Grief isn’t always loud. Sometimes it just settles in and quietly reshapes how you see everything.

In 2019, my son was born. Becoming a father made me look at myself differently. The way I handled stress mattered. The way I showed up mattered. The example I set mattered.

But I didn’t change overnight.

In 2023, I made the decision to stop drinking alcohol. It wasn’t dramatic. It was a quiet realization that I was using it to take the edge off emotions I didn’t want to deal with — stress, grief, responsibility. It wasn’t helping me grow.

Letting it go meant I had to actually feel things.

That’s when the real work started.

I began learning how to sit with discomfort instead of distracting myself. How to feel anger without reacting impulsively. How to feel sadness without shutting down. How to stay steady when things felt uncertain.

Emotional awareness stopped being something I talked about and became something I practiced.

Why I Trained With Kambo

As I continued doing my own work, I was introduced to Kambo through group sessions. What stood out to me wasn’t intensity — it was clarity. It helped me stay centered and focused on being my best self.

When I chose to train, I didn’t fully know what to expect. The two weeks of training were more than I imagined. It was extremely informative and gave me the structure and confidence to work responsibly. It also deepened my respect for the tradition and the spirit in which this work is held.

I grew a lot in those two weeks — not just in knowledge, but in how I showed up.

I don’t see Kambo as something that fixes people. I see it as a tool. A tool that can support self-reflection when approached with preparation, accountability, and intention.

Through past group sessions, I’ve met many people who have very different stories and relationships with Kambo. No two experiences are the same. The tool is there — but the responsibility always belongs to the individual.

The Work

This work isn’t about promises. It isn’t about quick transformation. It’s about learning how to show up differently — especially when life feels heavy.

It’s about practicing steadiness.

Balance isn’t something you find once. It’s something you practice.

If you’re ready to practice it — honestly and consistently — then we can begin.

Who This Is For

This work is for individuals who feel genuinely ready to engage in intentional ceremonial practice — not out of curiosity alone, but from a desire to grow.

For those who are willing to look honestly at their own patterns and take responsibility for how they show up in their lives.

For people who understand that real change requires participation — not passive expectation.

For individuals who value both discipline and awareness. Strength and reflection. Structure and openness.

This work isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about being willing to examine yourself and respond differently over time.

It is steady. It is not rushed. It requires honesty.

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through consistent effort and intentional practice.

If you are willing to approach this work with clarity, accountability, and respect for the process, then we can begin.

The Path to Twin Wolf Wellness: My Story

What I Came to Understand

Over time, I started noticing a pattern.

I’ve been drawn to the yin-yang symbol for as long as I can remember. I used to just like how it looked. Now I understand it differently. It represents something I’ve lived — strength and softness aren’t opposites. Discipline and compassion can exist together. Light and shadow are part of the same whole.

That same idea is what drew me to wolves.

I’ve always respected how wolves move. Strong, but not reckless. Aware, not reactive. They don’t waste energy trying to prove anything. They know when to lead and when to step back.

The black wolf represents discipline — doing what needs to be done, even when it’s uncomfortable.

The white wolf represents awareness — the ability to pause, listen, and respond intentionally.

Lean too far into discipline without awareness and you become rigid.

Lean too far into softness without structure and you drift.

The goal isn’t to eliminate one. It’s to let both work together.

That understanding became the foundation of Twin Wolf Wellness.

My Approach

I provide a structured and grounded environment for individuals who are willing to engage intentionally and take responsibility for their participation.

Emotional awareness shapes how I hold space for this work. Over time, I’ve spent a lot of time observing how emotions arise, how quickly we can react, and how easy it is to avoid what feels uncomfortable. Through my own experience, I’ve learned the value of pausing, breathing, and choosing steadiness instead of impulse.

That perspective carries into every ceremonial setting I facilitate.

I don’t approach this work casually. I approach it with preparation, structure, and respect for the responsibility it carries.

This work is calm. It is intentional. It requires participation.

My approach emphasizes:

• Personal responsibility
• Thoughtful engagement
• Intentional preparation and reflection
• Respect for tradition
• Connection to nature

I continue to practice and refine these principles in my own daily life.
